The required data includes in particular your master data such as title, first name, last name, possibly also from other contact persons in the company, as well as your contact details such as a valid e-mail address, complete address, any deviating postal information, telephone number (landline and/or mobile telephone) and other information such as tax numbers, sales tax identification number, bank details and sales data as well as information that is necessary to carry out the respective contractual relationship
This data is collected in order to be able to identify you as our contractual partner; to be able to provide you with appropriate advice and fulfill orders placed; for correspondence with you; for invoicing; to process any liability claims that may exist and to assert any claims against you.
Data processing is carried out at your request and is required in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR for the stated purposes for appropriate processing and the mutual fulfilment of obligations under the contract. We process the data that we have received from you as part of our business relationship as well as data that we have collected from publicly available directories (e.g. commercial registers).
The personal data collected by us for the business relationship will be stored until the legal storage obligation expires and then deleted, unless we are obliged to store it for a longer period of time in accordance with Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR due to tax and commercial storage and documentation obligations (from HGB, StGB or AO) or you enter into further storage in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a GDPR have agreed.
Transfer of data to third parties Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. A transfer to a country outside the EU does not take place.

e. Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data, provided that you have provided it to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. If this data is processed on the basis of consent or for contract processing, you also have the right to have us transfer this data to a third party, insofar as this is technically possible.
f. Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. This right exists if data processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR (data processing to protect legitimate interests).
