The resident represents the interface between the supplier and its customer and takes over the entire support and handling of quality issues at the customer's site.

These include:
  • Complaint processing
  • Initiation of immediate measures
  • Root cause analysis
  • Tape support
  • Collection Committee
The permanent presence ensures personal contact with the responsible persons at the customer's site and enables an immediate evaluation and handling of occurring quality problems.
